How we work

From friction to a system your team trusts.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined path: understand the operation, design the change, build it properly and improve it in use.

Operator-led from first conversation to handover.

You work directly with Gregory—the person diagnosing the problem and building the solution. There is no anonymous delivery bench between the conversation and the work. That accountability shapes how engagements are scoped, sequenced and measured.

Whether the need is AI inside CRM, a connected systems architecture, operational clarity or deep Zoho engineering, the method stays consistent. We start with commercial reality, not feature tours.

The method

Diagnose → design → implement → optimise.

01

Diagnose

Map how work actually flows, where data breaks down and what is holding the business back. This is operator-led discovery—not a generic questionnaire.

02

Design

Turn the diagnosis into a practical plan: data model, journeys, automation boundaries, AI guardrails and a sequenced delivery path your team can adopt.

03

Implement

Build in focused releases with visible progress. Gregory stays hands-on—Deluge, Blueprint, integrations, portals and AI workflows—so recommendations become real systems.

04

Optimise

Observe what happens in use, refine what matters and document what the team needs to run confidently. Good systems improve after go-live, not only before it.

What you can expect

Clear scope. Honest sequencing. Useful delivery.

  • A diagnosis that names the constraint, not just symptoms
  • Recommendations designed to be buildable—not slide-deck theatre
  • Implementation in releases your team can adopt
  • Documentation and handover that outlast the project

FAQ

Common questions about working together.

What does the first conversation look like?

You share the friction, opportunity or idea. Gregory asks clarifying questions, identifies whether the work is AI, systems, business consulting, Zoho or a blend, and suggests a sensible next step—often a focused diagnosis before any implementation.

How long do engagements typically take?

It depends on scope. A focused audit or rescue piece might take a few weeks. A full CRM redesign or multi-system build may run over several months in deliberate releases. We agree timeline and milestones before work starts.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. Most clients are remote or international. Gregory works from St Albans, UK, and collaborates through video, shared documentation and structured check-ins. On-site work is available when it genuinely helps.

What happens after implementation?

Handover includes documentation, training and a clear view of what was built. Many clients continue with optimisation support or ad-hoc help as the operation evolves. The goal is capability that lasts, not dependency.
