Gregory began working with Zoho in 2018 to automate his own real estate business. Thousands of hours of practical work followed—connecting systems, removing hundreds of manual tasks and making the company more reliable.
After selling that business in 2022, he focused on helping other organisations achieve the same clarity. Today, the work spans law firms, finance brokers and ambitious organisations in many sectors.
The perspective is deliberately broad: understand the commercial goal, diagnose the operational constraint, then use the right mix of systems, AI, Zoho and process design to solve it.
